Diet: Paleo & Intermittent fasting

Journal Entry: First day of the decade. My goal is to lose about 120 lbs and I figured this would be a good way of journaling my experience and seeing my progress and hopefully inspire others. It probably won’t take me an entire decade to lose all of the weight so if/when the time comes that I reach my goal weight I’ll move to a different reddit? Still unsure about that but I have time to focus on another goal later.

First day went very well. Ate 1,283 calories. My limit is 1,500. I was able to eat very disciplined and did not break the paleo diet rules. I’m also fasting 15 hours a day this week and at first I almost broke it but I stuck with it and will hopefully sleep through the rest of the fast. My scale and body fat monitor will come on Saturday so I won’t have any official progress until then. When I went to the doctor I weighed 223.4 lbs so I had lost a little from my highest weight which was 225 lbs.

My goal for tomorrow is to do the exact same as today but wake up early, go for a 1,000 step walk, and start my online class I have this quarter with a lot of enthusiasm.
