First time posting shirtless, so please be kind!
33/M/5'11
So, I've lost about 122 pounds, going from my heaviest weight of 312 to about 190, and am trying to decide if I should try to lose a little bit more, or if adding more muscle and/or recomping would be the way to go. I do lift weights, at home and at the gym (though I do most of my free weight stuff at home in the garage), and I do a mile of cardio during my workouts (or try to at least). I'm still semi-new to the whole fitness thing, so apologies if I sound like an idiot. Any help would be much appreciated!
