Im 6foot7 look big and built with a shirt on but underneath i have about 4 kilos of fat on my chest and tummy that looks disgusting ie: tiny moobs
Wont go swimming anymore and missionary position i avoid with that crap hanging down off chest
Its been there for nearly 4 years...i go to gym 3 times a week, i work in furniture removals, i dont drink soda or microwave meals, i barely eat breakfast
I got to 116kg 4 years ago then stopped drinking soda and now am 102kg naturally
I know i need calorie deficits which i generally have a protien shake during day and a main meal at night, i drink 4 litres of water a day. I know i gotta get to about 93kg but my weight wont budge grrrr
Any tips to help me, cheers
