Hi! It’s approximately 01:30 here in England so im going to head to bed soon, but I have 2 things I want to discuss with Reddit. By the way, this is a throwaway for obvious reasons.
1.I have intense cravings.
I always have intense cravings for crisps and chocolates and soft drinks ( soda in the United States). I will down a big chocolate bar and a big pack of crisps with a soda bottle in one sitting. I crave them so so so much and I can’t do anything about it. I just feel this urge to eat and I can’t stop it. I am going to Japan this April and being fat is really looked down upon so nobody is fat, and anyway, being fat is bad, so I want to burn some of them calories off. But I just keep getting cravings and then i fulfill them and then I gain weight. These aren’t normal cravings. These are craving a drug addict would probably have to drugs. I’m literally addicted to junk food. I can’t get enough of it. Any ideas?
2.Today, my brother came home with a huge cheeseburger and fries with a coke from McDonald’s and that immediately set off my cravings. I (somehow) have managed to resist my cravings for a week, but then this just set them off again. I asked him for one french fry. Just ONE. He says no and proceeds to eat everything in front of me. This was about a couple of hours ago. I still have my cravings now and they’re going strong and I honestly don’t think I will get any sleep tonight. Nothing can distract me from my cravings. This sounds like an exaggerations, and it’s not, but you could shoot me and I would still have my cravings bothering me at the back of my mind. All the shops are closed so I can’t get any junk food.
If anyone has any ideas in regards to what I should do, please, I urge you, to reply to me.
