Back on track! (M/37/5'9" [194>170=24])

Hi you guys,

I took a deliberate break from CICO over the Christmas break. This was nice, but in just a couple of weeks I gained 4-6lbs (scales weren't sure!). And while getting back on the wagon was ok, it was frustrating to have to work hard just to lose weight I'd already lost once! But today - FINALLY - I got on the scales and I'm officially back on track. By which I mean I'm now slightly lighter than I was before I took a break at Christmas. Also, motivational bonus, I'm now officially lighter than I have been for about ten years! I have 10lbs to GW and I'm excited because I know how to lose 10lbs - it's actually achievable!

I don't know about you, but for ages I thought losing weight happened to other people. Now I've learned how to do it it feels liberating - like discovering a superpower!

Onwards!
