Any tips for keeping my weight down as school starts up again?

Hey everyone, I recently had winter break for about a month and throughout that time I made very good progress as far as losing weight. My schedule consisted of sleeping in til 9-12, eating only until I felt hungry (about 3-5 hrs later), eating probably 3 small ~300 calorie foods a day with snacking throughout. I know that might seem to be not enough but it sustained me and i didn’t have any problems. Now that school is starting again though, I’m having issues. I have to wake up at 6:30 and I have to eat something in order to feel energized enough to get through class (I hate school and it’s very easy for me to slip into a strong, misanthropic funk of pessimism so having that clarity that good food can provide is truly beneficial). Then I pack a ~300 snack to eat halfway thru my school day in order to keep my stomach from growling. Then I go home and feel hungrier than usual, needing ~500 calories to sustain me. Then I’ll eat later in the day, 300-500 cal. It seems the fact of the matter is the mental effort of school makes me hungry, but it makes it really hard for me to not slip into being overweight (I have a slow metabolism). I also don’t have time for exercise most days as I have to spend 1 hr doing HW, and I’ll typically have a non-physical after school activity.
