I’ve been heavy my whole life but it wasn’t until I weighed myself January 1st, 2020 that the scale hit 400lb even. I have already been diagnosed with hypertension, I have trouble with anxiety, depression, self-confidence, etc. but I’m so fed up. I want to look good and feel good. I’m 26 years old and my left hip is garbage because of my weight. So here’s what I’ve been doing...
Breakfast: Protein Powder - 210 calories
Lunch: 1 Chicken breast, avocado, 3 cups of spinach and kale & lite balsamic vinegar dressing - 650 calories
Dinner: 1 fillet of salmon, 4 sprigs of asparagus, 1 cup of sweet potato, 1/4 boiled lentils - 800 calories
I’m doing a low impact workout for 30 minutes 3x a week, and trying to walk 2.5 miles 3 days a week as well. I want to change. I want this to stick. I want to be attractive. So here I am. I’m 6’5”, I’m 26 years old, and I am starting my journey and loving it.
EDIT: I was eating roughly 5000 calories a day before this and have been nothing but sedentary for pretty much my whole life.
If you have any suggestions for workouts or dieting please let me know.
