I’m M22 5’11” and 254lbs start weight. I had a Blood Pressure scare at work after a ERT drill 176/90 and my EMT was shocked that such a young kid had a ridiculous BP. I always knew I had high blood pressure and I never really cared until it effected me at work. This was January 3th. January 5th I decided I was tired with the way I looked and felt for my age and I knew being in the job I’m in I needed to change before something happened. 3 weeks in, I have been doing a 1500 calorie diet with 4 days in the gym for strength and conditioning. I’m only 5lbs away from my first goal of hitting 244. My last weigh-in on the 23rd put me at 249 average weight and my blood pressure has been on a downtrend averaging 135/78 still pre hypertension but working it’s way down with conditioning and dieting. My long term goal is to be 190 the smallest I’ve ever been as an adult, and I want to achieve this by my wedding this December.
