75 Hard Challenge?

I’ve seen the 75 hard, 75 soft challenge on Tik Tok quite a bit. What do people think about it? Has anyone done it and has an experience they want to share?

For anyone who’s not familiar with it these are the “rules”.

75 Hard—

  1. Follow a diet, no alcohol, no cheating
  2. Two 45 min workouts, one has to be outside
  3. Drink a gallon of water every day
  4. Read 10 pages of non-fiction a day
  5. Take a progress photo every day

If you break any of the rules you have to start over

75 Soft—

  1. Eat well and only drink on social occasions.
  2. Exercise for 45 minutes everyday for 75 days, one day a week is to be active recovery.
  3. Drink 3 liters of water a day
  4. Read 10 pages of any book a day

To me, it seems like it would be hard to complete, and if I were to try it I would do the 75 soft. Where I live it can be in the 100+ so I don’t think being required to exercise outside every day would be achievable for me.
