I’ve been getting really insecure about my jawline I’m not fat, But my chin kind of goes right into my neck, it’s really starting to make me feel ugly and not confident.
I think I have forward head and I definitely have a Buffalo hump, I’ve been doing exercises daily and trying to consciously improve my posture.
Will fixing my posture someone fix this problem.
The only time I really lost a lot of weight on my face was running 5k every day and for me that’s kind of impossible to maintain and really not healthy
I’ve put myself in calorie deficit which is what I did when I first lost a bunch of weight before gaining it all back.
