Hey guy! I (20F) have been struggling to lose weight over more than a year. In high-school I was on many sports team; wrestling, volleyball, Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
I got really bad depression + anxiety and really let myself go, I am now a little more than 100lbs overweight.
I go on walks and jogs at least 3 times a week and have been trying to eat cleaning but I just wanna know from those who have experienced this how do you motivate and apply yourself ?
Also any tips for losing weight healthy + fast ?
BTW: I am 5’3 and weigh 243lbs
TL;DR : 20F & 100 + lbs overweight, how do I lose weight + motivate myself ? Any tips ?
