Undereating because of depression?

Since covid started I've been kinda depressed, and Im eating way less now, but I dont feel like eating even when I am hungry. Ive been in lockdown for the last 3 or 4 months, been going out once per week or 2 for ecercise but other than that I havent really been doing any physical exercise. My heaviest weight in high school was around 88 kg, but now I am only 72 kg. I was pretty much obese most of high school, and covid started a few months after I finished school. I didnt even stick to a proper training schedule. I went to the gym a few times but never really worked out properly. I feel like alot of the weight I lost was unintentional. Im not skinny and still have some fat.

Should I start eating more again, or should I eat the same amount, because I feel like something is wrong with me.
