Some days are super easy, then other days are hard. Some days all I can do is think about my workout and how much I really want to do it, and others I think about it and really have to psych myself up.
I just wanted to say that it's really not about motivation. For me anyways. It's about showing up, on the mat, on the treadmill, with the weights, and keep going. Even if it's not a 45 minute workout. Even if you can muster up the courage for 5 minutes or 10. Just do it.
Especially in my leuteal phase. The cravings for eating heaps of carbs and eating more in general is apparent. Being more tired is also aparent. And I've learned to go with my flow.
I used to think working out is easy for everyone everytime. So I just wanted to say in my experience, I'm not constantly motivated and geared up to do it, but that's ok, I just tell myself to do it anyway - even if the only way I can get half an hour of walking in is by watching tik toks to keep me distracted!
Good vibes to everyone that's on this journey.
Thanks for reading ☺️
