Hi all,
I'm in the high-300 pound range but recently took up boxing and switched to clean eating, already down about 25lbs and feeling good, but want to add some home exercises I can do when I'm not with my boxing coach (who also has me doing strength & conditioning... cardio stuff + weights, resistance training, etc.). A couple of people recommend I get one or two medicine balls as (according to them) they're great for combat sport training, and then I read something similar about the Bulgarian Bag. Just wondering if that's true, and if having them two at home would offer some benefit over more ordinary things like kettlebells, dumbbells, etc.? Granted, I'm aware they're totally different things. Anyways, would love some feedback on this- goal is to keep dropping pounds and to strengthen my body, increase mobility. Also open to suggestions for other pieces of gear worth picking up! Thanks in advance!
