so I've tried to loose my soda drinking habit once. I used to drink 2l of coca-cola for over a year. Now, I've tried to quit cold turkey. However since I'm probably addicted to both sugar and caffeine, it was really hard.
I could deal with the cravings. However the headaches were killing me. So I lost.
Now, at least I made a cut to the sugar and switched to coca-cola zero. I know I know, this stuff is still shit just in different way. However I need the caffeine otherwise I can't function properly due to the headaches.
Now is reducing the amount of the coca-cola zero till I drink none a good idea. Say if I'm on 6 glasses a day rn , tomorrow I take only 5 etc. Would the caffeine withdrawal be less severe?
