Pandemic gain

Hey everyone of r/loseit,

Pandemic hit me really hard. Years before I had hit 290 pounds because I had severe depression, was in and out of hospitals trying too get proper treatment.

Fast forward 2 years from my first hospital visit.

I got proper medication, I started dieting and excersizing again, and I got down too 205 with intermittent fasting. I was /elated/.

Pandemic hit and well...pounds have been creeping up on me rather slowly for a good year or so. I still go too the gym and lift 5x a week and do cardio, but from eating and not being able too stick too a caloric deficit I am back up too 225 pounds. Some of that is probably muscle because of training but there's a good deal of fat as well.

I have had success with intermittent fasting, but now when I diet at a caloric deficit I'm hungry all the time. Even when I eat all clean foods which I tend too do, that time after my eating window ends is just so hard.

Any support or advice is appreciated. I just want too get too my goal of 180 and finally unlock that six pac.
