Okay r/loseit I’m over it and I need help.

You guys are my superheroes. I (20F) have always been naturally thin. I ran track and cross country through high school and although I was no Olympian it kept me active. Ever since college (three years in now) I don’t do anything now. I’ve tried running on my own during the pandemic but it didn’t stick. I tried going to the gym but then COVID happened and I stopped and never got back into it. The worst part is my diet. I eat crap and drink crap as a coping mechanism because I’m premed and losing my marbles. I’m 5’10” to preface. In January of 2021 I went to the doctor and weighed 130. I just weighed myself tonight and I’m 170. Technically I’m still a healthy weight according to the CDC’s BMI calculator but I feel like crap. I’ve grown out of all my clothes. My butt sags. My stomach pooches out. I have more acne now and a double chin. Like I said, I’ve always been thin and never worried. I don’t know how to eat well because I’ve never had to. I don’t know how to exercise because I always just ran on a team. Like I said, you all are my super heroes and I would love any and all advice to get started.
