tw: eating disorder
I (22F) have been struggling to keep up with eating healthy and working out consistently. I already posted about how I gained a bunch of weight over quarantine and developed a BED from it, but I’m working through that with my therapist. I would just like to have someone to motivate me on a personal level along with the support of my therapist.
I’m trying to approach it as eating healthy and working out to feel better and be healthier overall, bot just strictly losing weight. I would like to lose weight as well, but I know hyperfocusing on that isn’t going to do me well with an ED.
My best friend and I try to go to the gym a few times a week but it’s hard with our schedules being so busy, so if someone would like to be my accountability partner so I still work out even if I can’t make it to the gym, I would love that! <3 ty in advance!
