So, the beginning of this year I was 285 lbs. I'm 23 yrs old and 6'1. After 5 months I lost 35 lbs. By tracking calories in my head (1800 calories a day) and walking sometimes.The goal to reach 180 lbs. Now I'm constantly fighting the urges to binge. Because I've been binging very often and gaining it back. I'm now back at 270 lbs. Just gaining the 20 lbs. is incredibly stressful and depressing. I keep flip flopping between counting calories and counting carbs. While I do a 12 step program for my binging. It's all so exhausting and I feel like I don't have the motivation and mental energy to go on anymore. I'd really appreciate some help. Thanks.
