Hi all, I've tried countless times to lose weight. I just cant seem to do it though. I'm 25 [M] 6' 1" and i weight in around 335 to 340. I'm active i work a demanding job picking up heavy things and setting down heavy things. I weld for a good portion of most days and sweat a lot. I go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week. I do cardio on a bike or treadmill and walk or run plus weight lifting. My diet consists of breakfast or lunch and dinner. ( i work 3:30 PM to 11:30 pm so eating times can vary a lot). I need help on what to do. I just don't know what to try or do next. I don't intake a crazy amount of calories a day some days are more then others. But i just wanna know where to really start i guess cause what im doing doesn't seem to be working. Thank you in advanced.
