Need Advice

Hi everyone I’m a F19 and within the past 6 months I got a wonderful office job, moved out of my parents and started college. Recently I got a scale because I’ve been uncomfortable in my clothes and I hit saw that I hit 197. For reference 6 months ago I got a breast reduction and I was roughly 165. I’m freaking out a bit, I’ve tried diets before and usually they work for a week or two then I get McDonald’s.

I work 55-65 hours a week and I love my job but I’m worried I won’t be able to fit any exercise in my schedule and if I could I don’t know what I would do. I’m going to try and start small because I’m stressed out enough.

I think the most annoying thing is I don’t have a time line. It depends on what I do and there isn’t a set date on when I’ll feel better. I just don’t know how to start and keep going. Does anyone have any advice on how to start, what to eat and how to exercise? I really appreciate any support, just like so many people on here I feel anxious and lost. Thank you all!
