I’m a college student and I don’t eat meat, eggs and use milk replacements as much as possible (I’m lactose intolerant). I’m trying to become fully vegan but the vegan options on my campus are kinda gross. Anyway, I wanted to have a meal plan where I’d eat basically the same meal everyday because I just need something simple. I know a friend who lost weight from eating the same chicken and veggies everyday + working out and I wanna do something similar.
So does anyone have any ideas on what I can eat everyday? I only eat lunch and dinner and most of it is microwaveable or on my electric skillet. I bought corn and asparagus steamers and those are pretty good but each bag is only like 60 calories and I only eat 1 a day so I end up eating way more of other foods that tend to be junkie.
