Attempting to lose a small amount of weight and struggling, advice?

Long time lurker here and have been following a ton of recommendations from folks in my attempt to lose about 10 pounds (15 if possible). I'd love some suggestions here and wondering if this process just takes a while for some folks and I have to just keep at it.

F, 30's, 5'4 "ish" and SW 155, CW 149.2 (took me 2 dedicated months)

- Per many of your suggestions I've been collecting data through MyFitnessPal (and am often 100-500 calories in deficit). My carbs/protein/fats ratio is usually a little under the "goal" pre created for me.

- The lil graph of progress looks like a wonky staircase, something I've observed a few of you mention when it comes to progress. But boy.... it is slow to see any kind of changes!

- I am exercising. A lot. I try to burn 300-900 calories a day (bike riding, hikes, cardio, weight lifting, etc). Some days are harder than others, I feel like in order to stick with the amount of calories MyFitnessPal allotted me, keeping up my exercise regime is hard. I can feel super low energy and tired the next day (and want to constantly shove breadsticks in my face)

So what am I asking?

I don't know, am I doing this right? Do I need to just get over it and exercise more to keep that deficit going? Stick with it and maybe something will eventually happen?

Happy to have a buddy or two as well, should this be something someone is into.
