M23 5'9 SW-185 CW-150 GW-(140-145)
Long time lurker here.Started on the 4th of April this year.Didnt really exercise but had a bordering-on-insanity diet regime where i ate only about 1200-1400 calories(was an overcompensation for the exercise part) and IF for 19-20 hours daily.Now having lost a considerable amount of weight i really want to start exercising now but confused as to where to start/regime(I'm skinny fat now btw).I want a very lean boxerish toned body with not a lot of muscle,i dont want to bulk(as I said I don't want my weight to go beyond the 145 pound mark).I have a set of 5 kg dumbbells as i cant afford the gym.How should i go about things considering i just want to be lean and skinny and not huge.How many calories should i take?
