Alone time to word vomit into journal: Would like to hit this up before bed. Did a little during the day today.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for a cooler day very sitting for September, my local library & my favorite clothing store & the wonderful people that generally work there.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful for drinking lots of water & not over doing it today. My body is tired so I haven't pushed it too hard.
