Hey guys, like the title says I feel like I may be losing weight a bit too quickly and was hoping for some advice from someone more knowledgeable.
Info: I’m a 19yrold male 5’11 and my starting weight was 233lbs as of August 1st. My current weight as of today is 208lbs. I’m eating on a calorie deficit of 2000 calories a day and usually burn around 500-700 calories in the gym almost everyday (I take break days whenever I feel necessary).
My biggest problem is that ever since I started taking antidepressants i’ve found that my appetite is much smaller so I often have trouble reaching my 2000 calorie goal everyday and will force myself to eat so i’m closer to that 2k goal.
Is everything i’m doing okay? Are there some adjustments I should be making? I also think it’s important to note that i’m feeling great and am not restricting myself on food or pushing myself too hard at the gym. Thanks guys! 🙏
