I'm 24, 5'1 and weigh 132 pounds. I would like to get down to 125 lbs. I'm doing a low carb diet. I've lost weight before but I gained some of it back and now I want to lose weight again. I try to eat around 1200-1300 calories a day.
I feel super hungry today but I already ate around 900 calories so far today. So far, I ate 5 pieces of hot wings and a celery stalk with ranch. I had a cheeseburger (with no bun), sauce and gaucamole. Its only 3 and I feel like I'm so hungry. Is this normal or should I be eating more?
