I'm finally ready to start taking care of myself - looking for advice 22F 5'3 SW:246lbs

This is my first time seriously trying to lose weight, I've had multiple half-arsed attempts that only last a couple of days. Its also the first time reaching out for some support and help after years of being trapped in depressive episodes and stuck in bed barely moving or leaving my house but I genuinely feel different this time; i really think im ready to make changes to better myself and my life. So here comes where i need some guidance/advice:

1- I'm getting a gym membership at the end of the month, I've never stepped foot in a gym before and I'm starting with an incredibly low fitness level, again I've been essentially bedridden for the last 3 years, what should I be looking to do...what's a good plan to follow for such a beginner level.

2- my diet is also terrible so if anyone would mind giving me your general meal plans/What you typically eat in a day to give me some ideas and inspiration I'd massively appreciate it. I struggle with binge eating as a form of comfort so any advice or coping techniques you have found helpful for food fixation to the point of binging would be great.

Thank you if anyone actually reads this, more so if I get any responses or advice.
