I started loosing weight at the end of july and im down 13 pounds. I am a relatively short female so its noticeable and i feel great. And since July it has steadily gone down without fluctuations and ive been telling other people who i know that are trying to loose weight that fluctuations are normal and to keep going....but today i went up 2 pounds and ive been so bummed all day.obsessing over what i did wrong worrying that it will continue to go back up and feeling like i have no control. Letting these 2 little pounds destroy my day feels childish. But i dont know how to snap out of it. Advice?
