I’m trying to go on a calorie deficit of 1700 but I’m struggling to make a plan to follow for the week. So far I was able to write down a shake for the morning and a wrap I haven’t decided on keeping. I’ll list what I came up with down below. Can I get some help on some meals I can input into my diet? I’m looking for a whole week meal prep- I don’t mind eliminating the wrap as of know.
Breakfast: Shake-525 calories, approx. 241 G protein 203 g carbs.
Ingredients: Old fashion oats-0.8 cups dry Fat free Greek yogurt- 6 oz Fat free milk- 1 cup 1 scoop protein
Lunch: Chicken wrap- 495 calories, 52 g protein, 29 g carbs, 16 g fat. chicken breast – 140 g 2 whole wheat flat bread 30% reduced fat cheese– 50 g cucumber salad
