Guys please I need advise on how I can lose weight. I work 3 low paying jobs and taking a classes, I have no time to cook so i mostly end up buying fast food at work everyday. Because my 3 jobs require me to sit all the time, I’m never active…like never so the weight has been creeping up over time. The last time I check in October I was 230, now I’m 242. Before covid and quarantine I was 215. Guys please I really need help cos I feel like my weight is getting out of control. I’ve meal prepping but I work everyday and I get too tired to even cook when I get back from work. Has anyone tried loosing weight working multiple jobs?? Pleaseeee I need tips and suggestions.
