I had 2 slices of pizza after only being able to power walk for 30 minutes today, I honestly just feel gross when I choose these foods now and I know that's probably not healthy but I also don't feel motivated -- I feel like I should just stay abstaining from this type of food. Am I wrong in thinking that? I do like things like chocolate but Idk.
Also thank you guys for all your nice and informative responses on my last post. I tried a cheat meal because people were like "Eat whatever you want" but yeah. I still want to stick to my diet. I know the scale is going to not always be accurate because numbers change based on if we're full or not but i instinctively got on the scale and just ahhh! I was 258 but now its saying 262? I guess that's excessive but I dont want to go backwards no matter what.
