Hello all, So I want to start off by waking I’m in the midst of getting to the bottom of my body’s weight fluctuation. It seems that a lot of my weight gain has to do with my cycles but instead of losing the weight once it’s over it just continues to pile up. Talks of PCOS has been brought up due to the fact I get cysts on my ovaries constantly. It’s been really making every month painful to the point for at least a week and a half I can’t work out. I went to my gyno yesterday and I have gained 10 pounds despite exercising and dieting. My blood pressure is fine and so is my blood sugars and thyroid but I’m almost 200 pounds. I’m 5’3 so I’m definitely way past obese for my height…
Anyone struggling with medical conditions have any tips? I’m trying to restrict calories and I take Zumba classes 3 times a week on top of strength training twice a week. I’m currently on my miserable cycle so I’ve had to put it on hold and I should mention getting to a gym is impossible at the moment so I’m looking for some other exercises I can do besides what I’m already doing at home.
