First time posting here; I completed my first real workout of the year. Yes that is right of the year since and also my first workout in just over a year since I moved. For the past 2 weeks I have been setting my basement up so I had power, entertainment as well as starting to transition my workout equipment from my garage to the basement. Today marks my first workout and damn it felt amazing to get the blood flowing again through what little muscle I have left.
In March 2021 I was 249 lbs I am currently 209 lbs the lost was from diet change as well as portion control and tons and tons of water. Currently I am 209lbs and feeling much much better
