Hi everyone! I’m 26, my current weight is 87kg and height 181cm. I’ve started my weightloss journey a month ago with a Keto Diet, and lost 7kg with around 1000 calories/day and 2-3 days of gym per week.
Now Im eating carbs like oatmeal and brown rice a few times a week, reaching around 1300-1400 calories/day and going to the gym 5 days a week (cardio and weightlifting) but after the first week of the second month, my weight it’s the same. Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong? How much weight should I lose after the first month?
Would love some feedback to stop worrying too much about the weightloss and keep the journey the healthiest way possible. My weight goal atm is 78-80kg.
