Inspired by another thread and wanted to do my own!
Weigh in daily: 288.0 Down from 288.6-288.8 for a few days. Hoping to drop soon.
Exercise: 6 days a week. Starting today.
Calories: 1,700. Saturday: 1,900. Sunday: 1,050. Getting better and tracking daily.
Getting back to the gym today and will update if I make it! Also starting Caroline Girvan’s Epic 3 program. Will be going for a short walk to grab a coffee this morning after I finish laundry. Need to do some shopping today.
Ready to get started again. I’ve been so consistent this year and so proud of myself! Even if May was a slow month for me and regained some weight, I’m still working hard and haven’t given up. I had too many snacks and I have learned to have smaller portions now and should get better at tracking daily to not let this happen again. Starting with the gym 4x a week to get back on track and eventually plan to go 5-6x a week like I used to.
