I'm sure this question has been asked before, but what's the best tracking app? Specifically for tracking calories burned through exercise. I've been using My Fitness Pal and I have found it's great for tracking food, but I'm wondering if its seriously overestimating calories burned. I do 30 min on an elliptical (strider?) twice a week and during each session it's telling me I'm burning 400+ calories. I know it depends on your weight, but it still feels like an overestimation. Also wanted to share a tip that's been working for me in regards to motivation. If I find a show I really want to binge I make it exclusively my "gym show" and I won't watch it unless I'm at the gym. Definitely a good motivation tool to go, and stay there longer.
