I’m struggling to lose weight am 5’4 170-180 am a male and i tried everything from fasting were I eat in certain hours jogging but I hate running in home workouts but I don’t like them I feel like am stuck I don’t know what to do I feel like I might get diabetes and yeah I have motivation but nothing helps I can’t go to the gym cause am to young so Reddit pls tell me what to do calorie deficit is to hard for me to do I eat about 1800 calories and don’t even burn them if I do I only Burn like 200 calories Pls help me am doing this for myself not for other people btw I wanna change myself for good so pls Reddit if you would be to kind pls answer
