So, I'm a big guy. 5'7 300lbs. I've always been a pretty big guy, but a few years ago I started a new position that was mostly in an office. I've always worked in warehouses, but mainly physical labor. A few years ago I started progressing my career and made it to a supervisor in my warehouse. I went from lifting hundreds of 60 pounds box's daily, to sitting in an office. This absolutely wrecked havoc on my weight. I put on 100 pounds in two years. A few week's ago I decided that I was over this, and I was ready to lose some serious weight. Two week's ago I stopped all fast food and I've been keeping a super strict 1750 calorie diet. I also bought a stationary bike to workout with at home. My first night with this bike, I couldn't even ride for over a minute without being completely exhausted. I was so discouraged, I thought I would never be able to make this work. After getting my motivation up, I decided to push myself tonight. It may not seem like much to some, but I made it 15 minutes really pushing myself! It was so incredible, I was so happy! In a little over a week I've lost 15 pounds so far. I have a new found excitement for the next day to see how far I can go now.
Thank you for your time!
