1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Gotta have dinner besides strawberries mmm. Having a hard time gathering my adulting skills currently. May eat fruit and pre cut veg and not actually cook.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk. 13/16 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Need to go do this. Before Animal Crossing, talking to you brain.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for all the bunnies I saw today, all the wonderful professionals I interacted with today, making a hard process as easy as possible & golden kiwis. Also I'm seeing my skinny mini kitty put on a little healthy weight & that is a wonderful thing.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful to me for these choices: drinking lots of water & remembering sunscreen. Also practicing my duo lingo. Again! Doing okay after all!
