1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Gotta fix my dinner entry & boom.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk & I'm about to get on the stationary bike. Anxiety driven cardio for the win today. 12/15 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Did some of this. Could use more. Feeling a little bit like anxiety is a too tight neck tie currently.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for fall time apples and a cool morning where I felt the dew in the air & watched the back end of the sun rise.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful to me for these choices: drinking lots of water & remembering sunscreen. Also practicing my duo lingo. Again! Almost like I mean to continue learning new words!
