Look at that, week two of September! Snuck up on me like a bad haircut.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Pre logged dinner, should be okay today.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk maybe it today, I'd like to do more but I've got a therapy appointment so TBD. 11/14 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Need to do this. Feeling really fucking drained today. Have therapy so that will help.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the rental car I'm cruising around in while an insurance company fucks around with me, the health of my ancient lion kitty & that my car kept my partner safe. I say that because it's totaled and I ugly cried about it. It's important to keep things in perspective.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful to me for these choices: drinking lots of water & remembering sunscreen. Also practicing my duo lingo.
