M 19, 6’2” 350lbs-250lbs (Tagged NSFW for underwear picture.) Coming back from my first semester in college depressed, unmotivated, and friendless made me change my life for the better. During winter break of my freshman year weighing in at 350 lbs made me realize change was needed and without it I wouldn’t be able to have the college experience that I could be proud to look back on. 8 months of a rigorous mix of keto and intermittent fasting has brought me down to the lowest weight I’ve been since junior year in high school. I track my calories every day, don’t eat until 5pm and walk to all of my classes. I’m proud of myself and wanted to share for those who also thought they’d never be able to do it. The grind doesn’t stop here, 60 more pounds and I’ll be at my final goal of 180 that I hope to maintain for the rest of my adult life. Progress Pics
