Hey guys, im F,(5'6 ish,125lbs)went from 137 to 125,my goal weight is about 112-115lbs .
My TDEE is around 2200, im pretty active i go to the gym everyday but when i lost those 12 pounds in 2 months i fucked up by eating 1200 or less on some days (while still working out once or twice everyday).Needless to say, my metabolism is probably fucked. the past few days ive been mindfully eating more calories,but im scared in the long term i might gain the weight back. would 1350 calories a day be enough to loose weight sustainably?
Anyways, my country is probs going into lockdown soon,and any tips on how to loose those 12 pounds in a healthy way would be greatly appreciated
