Starting my weightloss journey (again) and I have a few comcerns

Hello! Im a 23 year old from south east asia (so everyone is on the smaller side) and I'm 5'3", 126.5 lbs- this is considered chubby and my goal is to look skinnier. Goal weight is 110lbs.

I was overweight before but went through a no-carbs + gym phase and that really helped shed off a few pounds. Right now I can't go to gyms tho because the thought of being in a room with strangers during a pandemic is scary to me. I don't walk much aa I spend most of my time sitting in front of a laptop.

The problem is that my TDEE is already at 1,553 calories. I tried sticking to 1000 cals or less for about a week but I still don't see any difference in weight.

Also started doing beginners yoga but that doesn't seem to help at all.

Any suggestions?

Edit:

I've only started this week so but:

Breakfast : sugarfree instant coffee w/ a teaspoon of collagen and a banana

Lunch : local food like shrimp, chicken or beef and about 2 tablespoons of rice. Chicken nuggets from a local brand on more than one occasion and either 2 50 cal bottles of Yakult (a yogurt drink) or sparkling water

Dinner : I munch on sugarfree/ glutten free cookies

I should add that I have PCOS as well
