Hello all On June 28th my weight was 426. I was weighed at the Doctor’s office. Today I weighed myself on my home scale and it said my weight was 390. To me this just doesn’t seem right. I am 5’2, 25 year old, female. I have been eating at a deficit based on MyNetDiary and fasting for a couple days in between. I will admit my depression has been a bit out of control so there are days where I don’t eat at all or not a lot. However, I have been keeping track so I can get in the habit and continue to do so.
I have also started walking more, doing some weight lifting, but nothing too extreme. The other thing to note is I don’t feel different at all. So I’m wondering if I should order a new scale?
I also understand that most of it could be water weight or something like that.
