Hello! I’ve started this journey seriously, after failing so many times, last June 16. I’m feeling really good and have found to be in a better mood more often thanks to working out. I wanted to do more so I started calorie counting last Thursday. One thing I noticed however, is that I consistently eat less than the recommended calories the app shows which is 1900. Is that bad? Does that have any negative effects or can I just continue eating as much (or as little in this case) as i like? An extra question I’d have is what are your go to meals after working out and for the rest days as well? Ive already lost a couple of pounds and I am really motivated to continue until I reach my goal, so any other tips will he much appreciated as well! Thank you!
