So I've been logging all week do far, which is cool. I even logged on Sunday, before I started actually eating properly on Monday.
MyFitnessPal has me on 2620 cals/day for a 6 ft man weighing 280 lbs with a sedentary lifestyle (I opted to be very conservative on activity).
On Sunday, when I wasn't watching what I was eating (but logging anyways), I blew the calorie target out the water (3710 cals).
Since Monday, I have been eating clean and tracking. But, I was only able to get to 1782 cals, and I ate a lot of healthy food. I'd grab an apple or an orange, even a can of light soup, every time I felt hungry. But I'm not even close to the calorie target. When I completed my diary, MyFitnessPal literally told me I am starving myself.
What gives? Do I need to pack more calories into my meals or do I ignore MyFitnessPal's warnings?
