I‘ve been trying to eat in a calorie deficit since end of may/beginning of june when I weighed 169 lbs. It‘s weird because I didn’t have access to a scale until today and didn’t necessarily think it was making a difference because I can’t really see the difference when i look in the mirror but apparently I lost 28 lbs since june because i‘m now 146.5 lbs (right after I ate)! I‘m super proud of myself. My goal is to lose more weight until I hit 130 lbs (or until my beerbelly disappears whatever happens first) and continue to bulk up, but i‘m glad that even though i cant see the progress yet it‘s still going somewhere! :)
