I've lost roughly 33 pounds in about a month and a week or 2. Is this healthy?

So I used to be 185 about a bit ago. My girlfriend at the time would constantly make fun of my weight and call me a pig because I'd eat a lot. I over worked snd ran quite a bit so I didn't think it was a problem. I never really let it actively get to me. Eventually, I quit my job for a reason unrelated and when I came back to just say hello to old coworker, one of them made a comment on me being smaller . My mother did so too along with my dad . I brushed it off but I got curious today. It turns out I'm 152 pounds. I didn't really workout that much. I've kind of been not that active but I guess looking back, I typically eat one small meal and call it a night. My diet has also changed into more healthy alternatives in general . Am I doing something wrong ? I'm not actively doing things but I think maybe subconsciously I might have been taking statements too hard?
